Terms of Service

By accessing and placing an order with Sabor con Sazón Catering, you agree to the following terms:

Orders & Payment
All orders must be placed through our website or approved channels. Full payment is required at the time of purchase to confirm your order.

Meal Prep Orders
Meal prep orders must be placed between Monday and Friday (before 12:00 PM) for pickup or delivery on Sunday. Orders placed after the deadline will be scheduled for the following week.

Catering Services
Catering services require advance booking. Availability, pricing, and menu details are subject to confirmation. A deposit may be required to secure your event.

No Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on prepared foods or perishable items.

Pickup & Delivery
All meal prep orders are available for pickup or delivery on Sunday only. Customers must be available during the scheduled time window. Sabor con Sazón is not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailable recipients.

Food Disclaimer
Our food is prepared in a kitchen that may handle common allergens. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.

Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are confirmed.
